Rats & Relics — Update 0.3.1

Major changes:

- New experimental mode: Draft. Type "draft" in the menu command field (bottom-right corner). Players take turns picking pairs from an open pool
- New experimental mode: Custom deck. "custom" opens the deck editor. Set copies of each card and save your lists as presets
- Match window: the top-left button shows the current match's mode, draft and deck list
- Draft and custom deck work vs bot and in 2-player online. help lists all commands, reset turns off both draft and custom deck

Fixes:
- Fixed pairs resolve order bug
- Fixed bug with key relic at the end of turn
